Euclidean Arts & Tech LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the Harmonicon platform (including www.harmonicon.app and play.harmonicon.app) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you when you provide it to us, as well as data generated through your use of the Service:

• Account Information: When you register for Harmonicon, we collect your chosen username, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Gameplay and Performance Data: As you play Harmonicon, we may calculate performance metrics and collect MIDI data generated during your sessions to save your progress. This data is stored securely in our database.
• Session Data: We do not automatically track your general browsing via cookies. However, we do store secure authentication tokens (via Supabase) locally on your device to remember your session so you do not have to log in every time you open the app.
• Payment Information: All payments are handled securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full credit card number or sensitive financial details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect about you for the following purposes:

• To manage your account, authenticate your login, and provide the core gameplay experience.
• To process transactions and manage your billing/subscriptions.
• To communicate essential service updates, such as email verifications, password resets, and notices regarding changes to our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. (We do not currently send marketing or promotional emails).

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

We only share your data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate Harmonicon. These include:

• Cloudflare: Used for secure web hosting and content delivery.
• Supabase: Our Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS) provider, used to securely handle user authentication, database management, and data storage.
• Stripe: Used to securely process all payments and subscriptions.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You have control over your personal data. If you choose to delete your Harmonicon account, we will immediately delete your account credentials, email, and personal profile data from our active databases.

Exception: Battle LogsPlease note that to maintain the integrity of the game for other players, any records of multiplayer battles (Battle Logs) and data necessary to preserve those specific match histories will remain on the platform even after your account is deleted.

5. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

Euclidean Arts & Tech LLC reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Harmonicon platform or via email. Your continued use of the Service after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes.
